Embodier.ai ("Embodier", "we") operates a real estate token exchange for luxury resort interests. These terms govern your use of our signup, messaging, panel, and course surfaces.
You must be 18 or older to register. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.
Registration and login use your mobile number plus a 6-digit code we text you. There are no passwords. Keep your device secure — anyone with your phone can receive your codes.
Our tokenized offerings are subject to regulatory approval and are not yet live. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities or tokens. The waitlist collects soft commitments only. A $100 refundable reservation deposit is collected only when projects are actually offered — it is fully refundable at any time and credited toward any future minimum.
Nothing we publish or send is investment advice. We make no promises about returns, yields, or appreciation. Do your own diligence.
By registering you agree to receive transactional messages (login codes, account updates) and occasional program updates at the number you provide. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing messages; transactional codes needed for login still apply while your account exists. Message and data rates may apply.
Don't abuse the service: no spam, no automated scraping, no attempts to break authentication or other users' accounts.
